Ruri Langhe Nebbiolo 2017 DOC – 1.5 Ltr Bottle

Ruri is a Langhe Nebbiolo produced with a fermentation lasting 8 to 10 days.
Following a second malolactic fermentation, the wine is refined in steel casks. After it is refined for nine mounth in 1500 lt barrel.
The result is a fresh, fruity and velvety wine, with perfectly balanced, almost creamy tannins and a deep intense color, perfect not only for matching red meats and seasoned cheese, but as stand-alone aperitif as well.

Ruri Langhe Nebbiolo 2014 Doc – 75 Cl Bottle

The Roero Arneis is born from the wholly owned estate of San Bernardino, in the Sanche valley in Vezza d’ Alba. The fermentation lasts 10 days, with refinement in steel tanks for 6 months.
Renzo’s Arneis is fresh, balanced and harmonious, sapid with mineral tones and a unique bouquet of grapefruit, orange, apricot and apple, with white flowers nuances.

La Barbera d’Alba Superiore è un vino secco ottenuto con una fermentazione a temperatura controllata della durata di 8-10 giorni.
L’affinamento di 50% del vino viene effettuato, dopo la rifermentazione malo-lattica, in botti di legno di circa 30 hl. Il restante 50% viene affinato in barriques non nuove (secondo passaggio) per un periodo di 13 mesi.
I successivi sei mesi di affinamento in bottiglia contribuiscono alla crescita di un grande vino, largo e asciutto, speziato e dalla stoffa sostenuta.

La Barbera d’Alba Superiore è un vino secco ottenuto con una fermentazione a temperatura controllata della durata di 8-10 giorni.
L’affinamento di 50% del vino viene effettuato, dopo la rifermentazione malo-lattica, in botti di legno di circa 30 hl. Il restante 50% viene affinato in barriques non nuove (secondo passaggio) per un periodo di 13 mesi.
