Amarone della Valpolicella Classico “Croce del Gal” Black Label - RISERVA 2012

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico “Croce del Gal” Black Label – RISERVA 2012

71.90

In this wine, the dried grapes of Oseletta and Croatina “keep company” with the historic varieties of Valpolicella such as Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, coming from old owned vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand only, in early October, then left to rest in crates until February, where they continue their slow natural ripening, with a 50% weight loss.

This wine is produced in limited quantities.
